In the app
Open the Skippo app and go to My Skippo. Tap the gear icon (settings) in the top corner. Scroll down and select Detailed app info. Press the blue button “Copy” to copy all the information.
You can then paste this and send it to our support team – it will include your Skippo ID and other details we need to help you.
On the web
Log in on the Skippo website. Click on your profile. Go to Personal information. Copy your Skippo ID and send it to our support team to help you further.
