I have a subscription, but the app says I don’t – what should I do?

If you know you have an active subscription but the app or website shows a paywall or locked features, it’s usually because you're logged in with the wrong account – meaning a different login method or email address than the one you used when purchasing the subscription.

Two common scenarios – and how to solve them:

1. You see no subscription on the website, but it appears in the app (or the other way around)

If you’re logged in on a device where you do have access to your subscription, do this:

  • Open the app
  • Go to My Skippo > Settings (gear icon) > Detailed app info
  • Under Logged in, you’ll see both the email address and the method (Apple, Google, Email) you're currently logged in with

2. You’re being shown subscription offers – even though you’ve already paid

This means you’re logged in to an account that doesn’t have a subscription.

  • Log out and log in again using the same method you used when you first created your account
  • Example: if you used a Gmail address and chose Continue with Google originally – use that same option again

Or:

  • Go to (link: skippo.se)
  • Click the profile icon > Personal Information
  • Copy your Skippo ID and send it to us – we’ll help you from there

Tips: A subscription is tied to the account you created – it won’t transfer automatically if you log in with a different method, even if the email address is the same

It’s easy to accidentally create multiple accounts, especially when trying out different login options
