How do I change the email linked to my Skippo account?

You can easily change the email address linked to your Skippo account and here we go through step-by-step how to make the change.   

 

How to change your email:

  1. Open the Skippo app
  2. Go to My Skippo > Account > Personal Information
  3. Click on “Change”, next to your current email
  4. Choose Email, Google, or Apple, and then enter your password to confirm your identity
  5. Enter the new email address you wish to use and click “Continue”. We will now send a verification email to the new address.
  6. Open the email and click on the link to confirm the change
  7. Log in with your new email address on all your devices

 

Important: Remember to log out from devices where the old address remains, otherwise technical problems may occur.

 

Troubleshooting tips

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  • Check that the verification email has not ended up in the spam folder
