Do you want to change your email – for example, if you got a new address or want to keep everything in one place? You can do that, but keep in mind:
- Your subscription will transfer, as long as you use the same device.
- Saved places, routes, and tracks will not transfer. They stay on the old account.
How to change your email:
- Open the Skippo app on your phone
- Go to My Skippo
- Make sure you’re logged in to the old account – Check that your subscription is visible
- Log out of the app
- Create a new account with the email you want to use – Important! Do this on the same device
- Log in with the new account
Your subscription should now be linked to your new email.

- If the subscription doesn’t show right away, fully close and reopen the app
- Want to keep your routes, places, and tracks? Keep using your old account
