How do I change the email linked to my Skippo account?

Do you want to change your email – for example, if you got a new address or want to keep everything in one place? You can do that, but keep in mind:

  • Your subscription will transfer, as long as you use the same device.
  • Saved places, routes, and tracks will not transfer. They stay on the old account.

 

How to change your email:

  1. Open the Skippo app on your phone
  2. Go to My Skippo
  3. Make sure you’re logged in to the old account – Check that your subscription is visible
  4. Log out of the app
  5. Create a new account with the email you want to use – Important! Do this on the same device
  6. Log in with the new account

Your subscription should now be linked to your new email.

 

Troubleshooting tips

  • If the subscription doesn’t show right away, fully close and reopen the app
  • Want to keep your routes, places, and tracks? Keep using your old account
