You can easily change the email address linked to your Skippo account and here we go through step-by-step how to make the change.
How to change your email:
- Open the Skippo app
- Go to My Skippo > Account > Personal Information
- Click on “Change”, next to your current email
- Choose Email, Google, or Apple, and then enter your password to confirm your identity
- Enter the new email address you wish to use and click “Continue”. We will now send a verification email to the new address.
- Open the email and click on the link to confirm the change
- Log in with your new email address on all your devices
Important: Remember to log out from devices where the old address remains, otherwise technical problems may occur.
