How do I request a refund for a subscription?

Skippo subscriptions can be purchased through different platforms depending on your device – Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly via our website using card payment. These purchases are handled by our resellers (Apple, Google, and Stripe), which means refund requests must be submitted to them directly.


If You Purchased via Apple (iOS)

To request a refund for a subscription purchased through Apple, please follow these instructions: Contact Apple for refund.


If You Purchased via Google (Android)

To request a refund for a subscription purchased through Google, please use this form: Contact Google for refund.


If You Purchased via Our Website (Card Payment)

Skippo’s web subscriptions are processed through Stripe (or Klarna in some cases). To request a refund for a Stripe-processed subscription:

1. Fill out our contact form.
2. Include your Skippo ID.
3. Describe your case as clearly and thoroughly as possible.
