Why can’t I see my previously saved places or routes?

If your saved places or routes seem to be missing, it's usually because you've accidentally logged in with the wrong account – meaning a different login method or email than the one you used when you created your Skippo account.

 

Here’s how to check which account you're logged in with:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to My Skippo > Settings (gear icon) > Detailed app info
  3. Under Logged in, you’ll see the login method and email address used

Log out and logging with your original account.
