Here are a few steps to try:
- Fully close the app and open it again
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Restart your phone
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app
(As long as you log in with the same account, all your data will remain)
Still not working?
Send us a clear description of the issue – ideally with a screenshot or screen recording – along with the technical info found under My Skippo > Settings (gear icon) > Detailed app info. That helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can also skim the category bug reports or ask our chatbot in the app. It can let you know if the issue is a known bug, whether we’re already working on it, and give an estimated fix time if available.
