You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will remain active for the rest of the billing period but will not renew. We can’t cancel it for you, since the purchase is handled by Google, Apple, or Stripe. You need to cancel it through the same place where you originally subscribed.
Here’s how to cancel:
1. If you subscribed via Google Play (Android):
Go to Google Play and follow the steps in this guide: Cancel via Google Play
2. If you subscribed via Apple (iPhone/iPad):
Open Settings on your device and follow Apple’s instructions: Cancel via Apple
3. If you subscribed via our website (skippo.se):
1. Go to Skippo.se
2. Log in and click your profile picture in the top right corner
3. Choose My Subscriptions > Manage
4. A new window will open – click Cancel plan
5. Then click the yellow button Cancel plan again to confirm

A receipt or screenshot from your latest payment
Your Skippo ID, which you can find in the app under My Skippo > Settings (gear icon) > Detailed app info
