When you log in with Apple, you may have chosen to hide your email address. This means your Skippo account is linked to an anonymous email that ends with @privaterelay.appleid.com.
If you try to log in using your regular email address, it won’t work. You need to use the hidden email or log in using Apple as your method.
Find your hidden Apple email address (Private Relay):
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Go to Sign in with Apple
- Find and tap Skippo in the list
- Here you will see the hidden email address
Example: m5p3q7uns2@privaterelay.appleid.com
Log in to the Skippo app with a hidden Apple email:
Choose Continue with Apple when logging in – your hidden address will be used automatically.
Tips: Your subscription is linked to the exact account you created. It cannot be transferred between login methods.
