How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will remain active for the rest of the current billing period but will not renew after that.

Note: Skippo cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf. Since the purchase is handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe, you need to cancel through the same platform you used when signing up.

 

If you subscribed via Apple or Google

 

For Apple (iPhone/iPad):

1. Open Settings

2. Tap your name at the top

3. Choose Subscriptions

4. Tap Skippo in the list

5. Choose Cancel Subscription

 

For Google (Android):

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Tap your profile picture in the top right

3. Choose Payments and subscriptions

4. Tap Subscriptions

5. Choose Skippo

6. Tap Cancel subscription

 

If you subscribed via our website

  • Go to skippo.se
  • Log in and click your profile icon in the top right corner
  • Choose My Subscriptions > Manage
  • A new window will open – click Cancel Subscription
  • Then click the yellow Cancel Subscription button again to confirm
