Which subscription is right for you?

The Skippo app offers three navigation plans: START, SMART, and PREMIUM. Each one is designed to meet different needs – whether you’re looking for a simple digital chart on your phone, or want advanced route planning with extra chart layers for exploring natural harbors.

Add-ons like Hydrographica’s detailed charts, the Harbor Guide, and additional maps can be purchased separately, no matter which plan you have. Hydrographica is included in the PREMIUM plan but can also be added to START or SMART. The Harbor Guide is always a separate add-on and gives you detailed information about thousands of guest harbors, mooring spots, and services.

Start – For a simple digital chart

START is our basic package. It gives you access to a digital chart with official data from the Swedish Maritime Administration, optimized for mobile. You get basic planning tools, and the chart includes depth contours down to 3 meters.

Best for those who:

• Want a mobile chart without extra features

Smart – For better planning and safer navigation

SMART includes everything in START – and more. It adds smart features to make life onboard easier and navigation safer.

Included in SMART:

• Automatic route planning
• Wind & weather directly in the chart
• AIS and Skippo boats
• Offline maps
• GPX file import/export
• Route-based navigation (speed, course, distance)

Best for those who:

• Want to save time and reduce stress
• Want to feel safe even in unfamiliar waters
• Need to plan routes without an internet connection

Premium – For full control and more to explore

PREMIUM is our most complete package. It includes everything in SMART, plus advanced chart layers and extra features for even better awareness – especially in archipelagos and natural harbors. The chart also shows depth contours down to 2 meters.

• Auto-routing based on 2-meter depth contours
• Aerial photos in natural harbors

Harbor Guide – Everything you need to know about harbors

The Harbor Guide gives you detailed information about thousands of harbors, guest piers, and service points – right in the app. You can also see photos, facilities, and contact info.
